Ultra High Pressure Reverse Osmosis Membranes

PRO-XP are ultra high pressure RO membranes capable of treating high TDS feedwater and concentrating at 120,000 ppm (12%) while operating at pressures up to 1800 psi (12.4 MPa). In the ZLD system, PRO-XP is applied upstream of evaporators to reduce CAPEX and OPEX of downstream heating equipment.

PRO-XP increases overall treatment plant efficiency by reducing brine concentration costs and maximizing water recovery. PRO-XP membranes are useful in coal-to-chemical, mining, power plants, textile and leather processing plants. PRO-XP elements are currently in the final stages of development and will be released soon.
