At the same time, it protects the metal parts in the system from wear and keeps the pH value stable! Anti-scalant is a trusted product in technical water circuits. Crystals in water are blocked by specific polymers in the product. Problematic surface crust bundles do not form. It is possible to use 4 to 20 dH in hard, soft and mixed water in industrial cooling systems.

ChemKomplex® 103 has a reliable anti-scalant effect on technician networks. Crystal formation in water is prevented by special polymers in the product. Sedimentary coatings cannot be formed. Heavy particles are broken up and kept in a suspension. The application of Thermal Multi polymers ensures the same stability in hot water networks. ChemKomplex®103 polymer provides a strong protective effect with the synergy of carbonic and phosphonic acids, as well as with special persistent inhibitors in cooling systems and cooling water networks.

Areas of application

ChemKomplex® 103 is used in hard, soft and waste water systems in industrial cooling towers. It is used in soft and hard water with a hardness of 4-20° dH, especially in water loaded with aluminum and non-ferrous metals and when a pH-stabilizer is needed. Good results have been achieved in the deposition of calcium and coatings in flow cooling systems and cooling system water, even in heat exchangers. ChemKomplex® 103 is also suitable for gradual dissolution of calcium and sediment surfaces.

Usage and dosage ratio

ChemKomplex ® 103 is added to newly added water according to the dosage schedule depending on the water quality.
