Disposal systems for medical waste water

Medical fluid wastes from hospitals and laboratories cannot be discharged directly into the sewers according to the "Regulation on Medical Waste Control". The purpose of "Disposal Systems" is to make medical liquid waste suitable for discharge into the sewer network

At the time of discharge of medical liquid waste in the disinfection tank into the sewer, the pH ratio should be in the range of 6-9 and the necessary microbiological disinfection should be ensured. If the pH ratio is not suitable, acid etc. conditions should be made favorable by adding, a strong disinfectant should be used for disinfection of medical waste fluids.

Disinfectant solution provided in the system is Steridez. Steridez is a disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide.

Chlorine dioxide has much higher oxidizing power than chlorine on bacteria and viruses and is 100% effective against Mycobacterium Tuberculosis.

This is the general working principle of the Steribox® disposal system, which we install after designing and regularly monitor as Aqualink. The system is controlled by an automated control panel.

In the places where there are hospitals or laboratories, the water and sewerage department discharges waste water into the sewers for the specified parameters, sampling and analysis results are registered and reported in our system.
