Waste water treatment systems

Ready-made package cleaning systems

Wastewater systems operate on the principle of a sequential batch reactor (SBR), which is the most convenient system used in domestic wastewater treatment. Raw wastewater is first filtered through a basket filter and collected in a pre-settlement pond. It is then stored in a balance pool before starting biological treatment. The water filled from the balance pool is optionally mixed with air. Dirty water taken from here with a submersible pump is fed to the reactor, and with the help of aerobic bacteria in the reactor, waste water is cleaned. The air needed by aerobic bacteria is provided with the help of a blower inside the tank.

 Concrete systems

The air supplied to the blower is distributed to the reactor in the form of droplets with the help of air diffusers. At the end of the aeration process, a sedimentation process is carried out, and the biological mass expressed as activated sludge is settled down, while the clean water remains on top. Purified water is taken by a submersible pump inside the reactor and discharged into the tank. During the discharge, the treated water is continuously disinfected with sodium hypochlorite.

Aqualink Caspifloc multi-barrier protection

The Aqualink Caspifloc package water treatment system provides multi-stage protection for hard-to-treat surface water, groundwater, industrial process water and wastewater. The Aqualink Caspifloc ultra-slim design package is the latest innovation of our original system with high-speed sedimentation, adsorption and elution, mixed media filtration and optional optional UV disinfection. The multi-barrier treatment stages of the new CaspiFloc system ensure superior and effective wastewater treatment performance.

Gray water treatment systems

Domestic waste water is divided into two categories, black and gray water. Compared to other waste waters, gray water contains very few nutrients. For this reason, cleaning costs are very low, cleaning is easier and additional disinfection is not needed. Gray water is water from the shower, bath, hand wash, kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Treated gray water is used for agricultural irrigation, toilet tanks, ornamental pools, industrial or technical purposes. Greyline gray water treatment technology is based on Aqualine PTFE MBR systems. As well as ready-to-use standard systems, customized systems are also developed for suppliers.

MBR systems

MBR systems are suspended-growth activated sludge systems that use micropore diameter membranes instead of a final settling pond for liquid bed separation. MBR is a new technology with high output water quality, low maintenance and enterprise costs that can be used for the purpose of cleaning biodegradable components, microbes, turbidity, surfactants. Compared to conventional wastewater treatment systems, the advantages are that it has a high rate of removal of organic substances, can be applied to wastes that are difficult to clean, creates conditions for increasing the consumption rate in institutions, gives less mud, high-quality disinfection of the outlet water, high loading speed, formation of less polluted mud and it can be considered that the required area for the reactor is small.
